All orders are welcome to be placed directly to the King’s Tea Inc. by phone, fax or email. When orders are sent by fax or email, please be sure that the following information has been provided: The product code and description, the quantity requested and contact information. Order Minimum: There is no minimum order.
Shipping Costs:
All shipping and handling charges will be determined by volume, weight and final destination and added to the order total. However, we will try to source for the best prices for you or at your own choice of the carrier.
Payment:
Opening orders are only processed by VISA or MASTERCARD. Net terms are available thereafter for accounts in good standing. 2% interest per month would be charged on overdue account. All merchandises remain the property of The King’s Tea Inc. until full payment is made. All discrepancies must be brought to the attention of The King’s Tea Inc. with 24 hours upon receipt of goods.
